Directions to the Medicines Evaluation Unit Ltd.

From the North (Manchester) – From the city centre, travel south on the A5103 (Princess Parkway) keeping straight on at the junction with the M60.  Follow the signs for Altrincham (A560), leaving the A5103 just before it becomes the M56 (do not go onto the motorway, take the slip road instead). Proceed under the motorway along the A560 (Altrincham Road) for about 1 mile before turning left at the traffic lights near the Shell petrol Station, onto Southmoor Road. Follow the signs for Wythenshawe Hospital.  Continue along Southmoor Road, through the traffic lights and round the bend in the road until you see the hospital on your left.  Continue until you see the Langley Building on the right. There is disabled parking at the side, and further parking at the rear, of the building.

From the West (Altrincham) - Take A560 towards Stockport looking for signs to Wythenshawe Hospital. After passing Tesco on your right, turn right at the traffic lights onto Southmoor Road.  Follow the signs for Wythenshawe Hospital.  Continue along Southmoor Road, through the traffic lights and round a bend in the road until you see the hospital on your left.  Continue until you see the Langley Building on the right. There is disabled parking at the side, and further parking at the rear, of the building.

From the East (Stockport, Hyde) – Take the M60 westbound and at Junction 3/4, take the M56 towards Chester.  Leave the M56 at Junction 2 and follow the signs for Altrincham (A560).  After approximately 1.5 miles turn left at the traffic lights near the Shell petrol Station, onto Southmoor Road. Follow the signs for Wythenshawe Hospital.  Continue along Southmoor Road, through the traffic lights and round a bend in the road until you see the hospital on your left.  Continue until you see the Langley Building on the right. There is disabled parking at the side, and further parking at the rear, of the building.

From the South - Take the M56 northbound following the signs for Manchester. Take care not to use Junction 3 (Stockport), instead continue a little further towards Manchester and leave at Junction 3A, joining the A560 towards Altrincham.  Continue for approximately 1 mile before turning left at the traffic lights near the Shell petrol Station, onto Southmoor Road. Follow the signs for Wythenshawe Hospital.  Continue along Southmoor Road, through the traffic lights and round a bend in the road until you see the hospital on your left.  Continue until you see the Langley Building on the right. There is disabled parking at the side, and further parking at the rear, of the building.
